TG PRODUCTS LTD – EMPLOYEE CODE OF ETHICS
This Code of Ethics (“Code”) applies to all TG Products Ltd (“TG” or “the Company”) directors, officers, and employees, as well as those within the Victory family of companies.
Acting with integrity is one of our core values. Our reputation and success depend not only on our actions but also on those we do business with. We expect all employees and partners to uphold the standards set out in this Code.
The Code outlines the minimum expectations for behaviour and underpins our wider policies and procedures. We are committed to maintaining a positive workplace and conducting business legally, ethically, and responsibly at all times. You should never compromise our values to meet targets.
If faced with a difficult or unclear situation, refer to company policies or seek guidance from your line manager, HR, or the Ethics & Compliance team. If you witness or suspect misconduct, Speak Up – anonymously if necessary. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards retaliation for reports made in good faith.
INTEGRITY
- Honesty: Be truthful in all dealings. For example – If you make an error in a report, own up and correct it promptly.
- Accountability: Own your decisions and actions. For example – If your project falls behind, take responsibility and find a solution.
- Speak Up: Report any unethical, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour. Example – If you see inappropriate conduct, report it – even if the affected person doesn’t.
- Legal Compliance: Follow all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Example – Get approval before giving or receiving gifts, hospitality, or travel.
- Ethical Standards: Do what’s right, even if it affects performance metrics. Example – If a distributor may be selling to a sanctioned country, report it – even if their sales boost your targets.
SAFETY
We prioritise product and workplace safety. We do not compromise safety for commercial gain.
For example – Halt production/operations if a safety concern arises, even if it delays an important order.
RESPECT
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care. For example – Do not share private client or colleague information without authorisation.
- Sustainability: Act with environmental and social responsibility. For example – Always look for ways to reduce waste and emissions.
INCLUSION
- Dignity: Treat all individuals respectfully and professionally. For example – Listen to colleagues without bias, regardless of rank.
- Equality: Provide fair and unbiased opportunities. For example – Base recruitment on skills and experience – not personal connections.
- Objectivity: Avoid conflicts of interest, or the appearance of one. For example – Don’t accept lavish gifts from suppliers.
